Update from Freedom Financial Planning

| March 17, 2020

We understand the growing impacts associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus) are not only worldwide, but right in the communities where we live and work.

Please know, our team is diligently focused on ensuring the continued health and safety of all our customers and employees, which includes following the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (cdc.gov). That said, we have implemented a policy for our team to work remotely, rotating one team member into the office each day to handle incoming phone calls and mail.

As we have mentioned in the past, our entire office is able to work remotely with no impact to our ability to deliver services to you.  We can monitor email, phones and place trades from our home offices.  If you are calling in, the fastest way to get a response is to press ‘0’.  Obviously, we are limiting face-to-face meetings for the next few weeks.  We appreciate your patience as we try to keep everyone safe.

As many of you know, Mike and his wife Lisa have been struggling for the last few weeks to get their daughter, Gabrielle, home from her study abroad program in Spain.  We are happy to report that with much effort, she will be arriving in Rochester Tuesday night.  With that comes a mandated self-quarantine for the entire Silverstein family.  We will all feel better when she is home safe and sound.  Mike will remain connected during that entire time.

We are here to support you and navigate these times of uncertainty together. Knowledge is power, and we’re committed to equipping you with the tools and information you need to weather this storm. We are continuing to watch market developments and are here to assist you with evaluating and understanding these economic changes. As always, if you have any questions don't hesitate to call.
